Graduating students may pick up their diplomas from the Registrar's Office immediately following the Commencement ceremony and throughout the following week. Pickup hours are as follows:

| Monday-Thursday | 8:00-4:30 |
| Friday | 8:00-12:00 |
Any diplomas not picked up by the end of the week will be mailed to the address provided on the student's graduation application. Diplomas will be mailed after Memorial Day.
January and August Graduates
Diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the student's graduation application. January diplomas will be mailed in early February and August diplomas will be mailed in early to mid-September.
Duplicate Diplomas
Replacement diplomas may be ordered online. There is a $25 fee. Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 weeks. Expedited FedEx delivery is available for an additional $20 fee.
