1. Go to Settings  on your iOS Device, then go to Wi-Fi.

   
   

2. Connect to STUDENT network in your WiFi settings on the mobile device.
   

3. Enter the Network password when prompted. If you have not been provided with the password please contact the ITS Help Desk.

5. Wait for the next to the network name before proceeding to register.

1. Go to Settings on your Android Device, then go to Wi-Fi.

2. Connect to STUDENT network in your WiFi settings on the mobile device.

   1. Select 'Trust on First Use' in the CA certificates dropdown

   2. Enter NetID and password when prompted in the Identity and Password fields. 

   3. Do NOT turn off Private MAC, leave the default setting to randomize.

   4. Tap Connect
      
      

3. When asked to trust the certificate click ‘Yes, trust certificate’, then the network should be connected

4. If certificate errors are encountered, verify that MAC  MAC Privacy is set to ‘Use randomized MAC (default).
