Fairfield Prep Tuition Benefits (High School):

University Staff and Administrators are eligible for a 50% waiver of tuition to Fairfield Prep (pro-rated at each year). For University Faculty, there is no wait for 50% waiver of tuition to Fairfield Prep.

Female Dependent Child Tuition Benefit (High School):

Eligible employees with female, legal dependents who attend a single-sex, private high school, are eligible for up to $5,000/year non-taxable, tuition reimbursement. Documentation showing proof of payment by the eligible employee is required for reimbursement.

St. Thomas Aquinas Tuition Discount (PreK3-8th Grade):

Full-time faculty and staff at Fairfield University and Fairfield Prep will receive a 25% tuition discount for their dependent children at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School in Fairfield. If your child is currently enrolled or plans to attend in the future, please contact Blythe Josovitz in Human Resources at bjosovitz@fairfield.edu to verify your full-time eligibility and secure your discount.
