M365 Email Migration and Application Upgrade
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance email services and collaboration tools across the organization, we are happy to inform you that your mailbox will be migrated to Microsoft 365 the week of March 17, 2025
What This Means for You:
Larger mailbox storage - Save all your emails! No need to worry about going over your limit.
Your email, calendar, and contacts will be seamlessly transferred to Microsoft 365.
You may experience a brief downtime during the migration process, but we aim to minimize disruptions.
Actions Required:
Upgrade your Office applications. Please make sure you have upgraded your Office applications to the new M365 application. Visit our Wiki for instructions on how to complete the upgrade.
Turn on or restart your computer– After migration, you may be prompted to open or restart Outlook and sign in with your NetID and current password.
Check your mailbox – Review your emails and settings after migration to ensure everything transferred correctly.
Mobile devices – If you have an iPhone or iPad, you must remove your current email account from the Mail app and re-add it. Visit our Wiki for iOS Mail App Instructions
