Local Computer Admins
Computer Labs and certain locations require frequent local administrator elevation. To facilitate this, certain non-ITS users have been added to specific AD groups giving them local admin rights over the computers in their respective areas. Please see below
If you need local admin access on a machine that is not on the list below, then a request ticket can be opened for temporary local admin access. If the request is for a single action, the assigned technician will use their elevated permissions for you in-person or via Remote Support session. If you need to open a temporary admin access request, the request should include details about why you will need administrator access (ex. Install Software).
