Claim Your Okta Account

If you're new to Fairfield University, follow these steps to activate your account:

1. You will receive an email from Okta (usually from no-reply@okta.com) with the subject line like “Welcome to Okta” or “Activate Your Okta Account”.

2. Open the email and click Activate Okta Account. This link is unique to you and will take you to the account setup page.

3. To keep your account secure, you will need to connect Duo multi-factor authentication to your account. There are additional help pages for Duo, including specific instructions for initial enrollment.
