Claim Your Okta Account

If you're new to Fairfield University or just getting started with Okta, follow these steps to claim your account:

1. You will receive an email from Okta (usually from no-reply@okta.com) with the subject line like “Welcome to Okta” or “Activate Your Okta Account”.

2. Open the email and click Activate Okta Account. This link is unique to you and will take you to the Okta setup page.

3. To keep your account secure, you will ll need to connect your Duo multi-factor authentication to your new Okta account. There are additional help pages for Duo, including specific instructions for initial enrollment.
