Please follow these instruction to print your W-2 form from my.Fairfield

Step-by-step guide

Click Human Resources form the Employee drop down menu.
Select Payroll & Tax information.
Select W-2 Wage & Tax Statement.
Select Tax Year 2016, then click “Display” button.
Your 2016 W-2 should now be displayed on the screen.
Click on the grey triangle icon (top right). This will isolate the W-2.
Click on the ‘Printable W-2’ button on the bottom left
Select the ‘Print’ function for your browser (Most often Ctrl-P/Command-P)
[Optional/Suggested] Change your orientation to Landscape
Click on the Print Button
