How-To Make Text more Readable when Printing Banner Forms (INB)

Step-by-step guide

By default if you choose File > Print in Banner Forms (INB), the forms are printed in portrait format, with left and right margins of 1". The result is a very small and unreadable text. To get the form to print at a larger size, change the Page Setup as follows:

  1. Click File > Print.
  2. Click the Page Setup tab in the Print dialog box.
  3. Set the Orientation to Landscape.
  4. Make the left and right margins narrower such as 0.25 in. 

Change Print Margins

This should result in a printout that is more readable, but results may differ by other printer settings.
