DocFinity Desktop Manual Upgrade Instructions
If you would like to download a copy of these instructions, select the three dots in the top right corner of this page and select Export to PDF.
- Connect to the VPN (Pulse Secure or Global Protect).
- Open the Start Menu and search for Control Panel.
- Select Configuration Manager in the first column.
- Select the Actions tab, then select Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle.
- Select Run Now. If successful, the following box will appear.
- Open the Start Menu and search for Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Select the folder to expand it and then select Software Center.
- Check if DocFinity Upgrade 11.11.3 appears in the Software Center. If it is not listed, wait one hour and check again. If it still does not appear after one hour, contact the Help Desk for further assistance.
- Select the DocFinity Upgrade 11.11.3 and it should indicate that it is installing
- After the installation is complete, the application Status should change to Installed.
- If you see any other status, please contact the Help Desk.
