Using Commas to Separate Email Addresses in Outlook
Commas can be used in Outlook on Windows to separate email address recipients, but is not enabled by default. Follow these steps to enable this feature:
This feature is not available for Outlook on MacOS.
Open Outlook.
Click the File tab then select Options.
In the Outlook Options click on Mail.
Under Send Messages, click the check box for ‘Commas can be used to separate multiple recipients’.
Click OK.
