How to Clear Credential Manager in Outlook
To clear credentials do the following:
- Click in the "type here to search" and enter Credential Manager
- Select the Windows Credentials option. Locate the set of credentials that has either Outlook or Microsoft Office in the name and then expand the corresponding folder.
- Click Remove
- Lock and Unlock the PC and log on with the new credentials
