PLEASE NOTE: Electronic signatures may be accepted. Instructions for adding signatures in Acrobat Reader may be found here. The decision to accept a typed signature along with confirmation sent from the student and/or faculty member's University email address is at the discretion of the approving office.

Students can request the following changes directly in Workday:

  • Major/minor/concentration/school changes

  • Legal name (two supporting documents required), preferred name, and address

  • Modern Languages Change

  • Course Credit/No Credit Please note: CR courses are manually applied to count toward Magis core. Please allow at least 3 weeks after final grades are submitted for courses to reflect in core on degree evaluations.

  • Course Withdrawal 
    Please note the the deadline in the Academic Calendar

  • Independent Study & Internship (Capstone, Seminar, etc.) Application

  • Audit Registration
