PLEASE NOTE: Electronic signatures may be accepted. Instructions for adding signatures in Acrobat Reader may be found here. The decision to accept a typed signature along with confirmation sent from the student and/or faculty member's University email address is at the discretion of the approving office.

Biographical

Students can request the following changes directly in Workday starting March 3, 2025:

  • Legal name (two supporting documents required)

  • Preferred name

  • Address and phone number

  • Race/ethnicity

Program

Students should contact their dean's office for assistance with major/minor/concentration/school changes.

Registration

Please note the deadlines in the Academic Calendar

For Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 Classes ONLY:

  • Course Credit/No Credit
    Note: CR courses are manually applied to count toward Magis core. Please allow at least 3 weeks after final grades are submitted for courses to reflect in core on degree evaluations.
  • Course Withdrawal
    Form is available only from Dean's Offices. Please contact your Dean's Office for assistance prior to the deadline as noted in the Academic Calendar.


For Fall 2025 Classes and Thereafter:

Changes can be requested directly in Workday.

*Fall instructor and student schedules can only be viewed in Workday.*
