Special Course Application & Registration Process

PLEASE NOTE: Electronic signatures may be accepted. Instructions for adding signatures in Acrobat Reader may be found here. The decision to accept a typed signature along with confirmation sent from the student and/or faculty member's University email address is at the discretion of the approving office.

Biographical

Students can request the following changes directly in Workday

  • Legal name (two supporting documents required)

  • Preferred name

  • Address and phone number

  • Race/ethnicity

Program of Study

  • Program of Study. Please use CHANGE when you are dropping a major or minor. Use ADD when the request builds on to your existing program of study. 

Registration

Please note the deadlines in the Academic Calendar

Changes can be requested directly in Workday.

  • Independent Study & Internship (Capstone, Seminar, etc.) Application
