Below are instructions on how to open Public Folders in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.
Step-by-step guide
You can show Folders by using the Ctrl + 6 command.
Outlook 2010
- Go to the navigation pane and select (click on) the Folder List icon.

- Once you have selected the folder icon you should see Public Folders at the bottom of the Folder List
Image Modified - Select (click on) the small triangle icon next to Public Folders to expand the list and find the SOG sub-folder
Outlook 2013
- Go to the lower left corner of the Outlook window and select (click on) the three dot icon. A popup will appear, click on Folders.
