Below are instructions on how to open Public Folders in Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013.

You can show Folders by using the Ctrl + 6 command.

Outlook 2010

  1. Go to the navigation pane and select (click on) the Folder List icon.
    Full expanded navigation pane:
    Navigation Pane Large Icons
    Minimized navigation pane:
    Navigation Pane Small Icons
  2. Once you have selected the folder icon you should see Public Folders at the bottom of the Folder List

  3. Select (click on) the small triangle icon next to Public Folders to expand the list and find the SOG sub-folder

Outlook 2013

  1.  Go to the lower left corner of the Outlook window and select (click on) the three dot icon. A popup will appear, click on Folders.

  2. Once you have selected the folder icon you should see Public Folders at the bottom of the Folder List
