Advancement data pulls and list updates (ie. unsubscribes) please fill out a ticket through the ticketing system.
For unsubscribes or email address updates please email update@fairfield.edu
- Email Janet (jcanepa@fairfield.edu) for approval on advancement lists. Please include 'Reason for Data Request' and 'What it will be used for'.
- Once approved, enter a ticket through the ticket system.
- Fill out all required fields
- Note where it says "(Select all that apply)" there can be multiple selections. Please choose multiple selections by holding down ctrl (pc) or command (mac).
- Affiliation (Select all that apply)*
- College(s) (Select all that apply)
- IMPORTANT: for the field "" all of these fields need to be selected. With the exception of "do not email' or "do not mail" depending on what type of marketing piece you are requesting the data for.
- For Data PLUS Email requests:
- Both the approval from Janet (2 business days) and Data Pull (7 business days) need to be accounted for in planning.
- The ticket may be entered without the copy, however, it must be added no later than 3 business days prior to the send date. For every day the copy is entered late, the send date will be pushed back a day.
- Allow an extra business day for final email approval and scheduling (total of 10 business days)
- Both the approval from Janet (2 business days) and Data Pull (7 business days) need to be accounted for in planning.
