Data Requests:

Advancement data pulls and list updates please fill out a ticket through the ticketing system.

Enter a ticket through the ticketing system
1. Data Request Ticket
  or
2. Data and Email Request Ticket
Once the ticket is entered Janet will give approval through the ticket system (2 business days) and the data will be pulled (7 business days).
1. Fill out all required fields
2. Note where it says "(Select all that apply)" there can be multiple selections. Please choose multiple selections by holding down ctrl (pc) or command (mac).
  1. Affiliation (Select all that apply)*
  2. College(s) (Select all that apply)
  3. Exclude (Select all that apply)
3. IMPORTANT: for the field "Exclude (Select all that apply)" all of these fields need to be selected with the following exceptions:
  1. If you are using the data for a physical mailing only (and not an email) you do not need to select “do not email”
  2. If you are using the data for an email only (and not a physical mailing) you do not need to select “do not mail”
  3. If you are using the data for both a physical mailing and an email all options need to be selected.
For Data PLUS Email requests:
1. Both the approval from Janet (2 business days) and Data Pull (7 business days) need to be accounted for in planning.
2. The ticket may be entered without the copy, however, it must be added no later than 3 business days prior to the send date. For every day the copy is entered late, the send date will be pushed back a day.
3. Allow an extra business day for final email approval and scheduling (total of 10 business days)
