Service Length Agreements

As part of our commitment to quality and efficiency, we are going to start enforcing our SLA's and processes in order to meet the current challenges from supply chain constraints and inventory levels due to COVID disruptions and inflationary cost increases. In addition to rising costs, our portfolio of design and print capabilities have rapidly expanded, and certain categories are unable to be offered within the same scope of time.

For most of our services, partners can submit orders that will not be subjected to RUSH fees if they follow our 5x5x5 SLA rule:
