Service Length Agreements
For most of our services, partners can submit orders that will not be subjected to RUSH fees if they follow our 5x5x5 SLA rule:
Note: Orders must be submitted before 12:30 PM.

5 Business Days: Print & Production (Exception of Books)

Design, Edits, & Approval
Standard rate for graphic design is $65/hr. This includes up to 2 rounds of partner edits, pre-press, and final export for print and production. Requests for additional changes beyond the first 2 rounds of partner edits are charged at an Authors Alterations (AA) design rate of $97.50/hr.
Print & Production
This includes time for press checks, color calibration, paper preparation, RIP and file processing time, variable data, as well as other finishing processes such as binding, folding, scoring, cutting, and final packing.
Mailing
Includes time needed for data processing, addressing, traying and sorting as well as any additional bindery such as collating, inserting and sealing envelopes.

D&P will be implementing RUSH charges to all orders that do not meet our minimum Service Length Agreements.

Wide format jobs such as wall graphics, window graphics, Sintra board signage, large decals, vehicle graphics, and cut-vinyl application are more complex and need additional time for creative, processing, production, and installation. Costs for these types of projects vary drastically. While D&P is able to be responsive in these types of projects, we do require additional time and flexibility for successful results. Proper consultation between the partner, IMM, and D&P is necessary for D&P to order material, think through the creative and design, and plan and schedule print time and installation dates that are coordinated with the partners and key stakeholders involved.
