Power on your TV. Navigate to Settings and select Network.
Look for Network information to find your TV’s WLAN MAC address. It will have the format of 00:AB:12:CD:34:EF Copy or take a picture of the WLAN MAC address.
Power off your TV and unplug the power cord.
On your laptop, log into the Fairfield University Non-Computing Devices portal https://devices.fairfield.edu with your NetID and password.
Click Add. Enter a friendly name for your device, making sure it doesn’t have any non-alphanumeric only contains letters, numbers and spaces, no special characters - for example, JenTV - and the WLAN MAC address you took down in step #2. Click the Submit button. Your entry should look like the following format:

Please wait 5 minutes for the settings to take effect.
Now, on Power your TV back on, navigate back to Settings, Network, and select the Fairfield Guest wireless access point network.
Navigate to your home screen. You should now have access to your channels and Internet access. If you do not, simply turn off your TV for 1 to 2 minutes and back on again and try connecting again.
