Problem

The default keychain will not trust our sign-in page. Unfortunately, this is an issue with Apple.

Solution

You must allow the Certificate through Safari in order to use Office 2016 for Mac with

  1. Go to office365.fairfield.edu in Safari
  2. You will be prompted with this. Click Show Cert
  3. Click
  4. Click
  5. Click
  6. You will then be
  7. Then you
  8. You are all set
