Adding Content in Blackboard Ultra
From the course content page, you can create new content or organization structures (see Organizing Content), copy content from another course, upload files from your computer, cloud storage, or your Blackboard content collection, or use one of the Learning Tool Integrations (LTIs) such as Kaltura.
Wherever you want to add content to your course, choose the add content button and select the tool you wish to add.

Copy content from another course
From within your current course, you may copy content from another course which you are enrolled as an instructor.
Upload files
Upload files from your computer, cloud storage, or your Blackboard content collection.
Adding the file type into the name lets your students know whether they need a specific app to view the document. For example, Syllabus (PDF) lets them know they can view the syllabus as a PDF within their web browser.
First, enter a Title for the Document. Then, choose the type of content you want to add. When you create a new Document, you will see a blank page with the options to Add Content, Add HTML, Upload from Computer, Upload from Cloud Storage, and Browse Content Collection.
