Effective Fall 2019, the master exam schedule will be used for all fall and spring terms.  Please consult the Academic Calendar for exact dates.

Final Exams will take place in the regularly scheduled classroom unless otherwise notified by the Registrar's Office.  

Classes NOT adhering to an official meeting pattern will be assigned an exam time and classroom by the Registrar's Office.  It is critical that instructors with non-official meeting patterns review the exam schedule for the current semester (links above) for their exam day/time/room. 

Makeup or conflict exams may be scheduled during any Wednesday or Saturday exam period.  Instructors with exam conflicts, for themselves or their students, must contact the Office of the Registrar to ensure a classroom is available. 

Final exams for full-semester online classes will be scheduled within the final exam period at the discretion of the instructor.

• Graduate classes are scheduled to host their last class during final exam week, unless the class is cross-listed with an undergraduate exam.  In those cases, the last graduate class day/exam will take place pursuant to the undergraduate exam schedule.  

• Per the Classroom Committee, graduate classes and their assigned rooms take precedence over undergraduate exam rooms.  Undergraduate instructors will be notified if their final exam room is different than their regular room.
