Before Installing VPN

Before starting installation of the VPN client please you must make sure that you are have setup DUO and are receiving notifications.

The VPN does require a second authentication via DUO before it will connect. Please note: There are no notifications regarding this in the VPN application.

Please Note

MacOS version 10.13 or later requires that the Global Protect program be allowed in the security settings found under System Preferences as all third party applications are blocked by default.

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab > System software from developer "Palo Alto Networks" was blocked from loading > Click Allow
