Additional Information

  • Requests for NetID accounts for non-employees must be submitted by a Fairfield University manager or higher-level employee.

  • Accounts for non-employees are to be used for business purposes only and may be restricted to actual working hours and specific work locations.
  • Please note that accounts will be disabled on the end date requested (1-year maximum).  If an extension is needed, follow these instructions.  Accounts and associated data will be deleted 1 month after the final expiration date.
  • If the non-employee stops working before the specified end date, follow these instructions to immediately terminate their non-employee NetID account and associated access.
  • When a non-employee ends their engagement with the university you must contact Human Resources so that they can to terminate their Workday Account.
