Terminate or Extend Non-Employee Access
This workflow allows the manager on file of a non-employee to either change the expiration date or immediately terminate any/all university access .
Directions
1. Log on to the NetIQ Identity Manager UserApp at:

Please note that this website is only accessible while on-campus or using VPN
2. Select (click) on the 'Terminate or Extend' tile.
3. Click on the magnify glass icon to view the list of non-employees who report to you.
If you are not currently the Non-Employee’s manager on file, you will not see them listed. Please contact the Help Desk if you need to learn non-employee's manager.
Please note that your list will show current as well as previously-terminated non-employees (end date is in the past) to give you the option to re-enable their access.
Terminate: Enter yesterday's date in the "Select the New End Date" area to end the non-employee's access immediately.
Extend: Enter a new end date in the "Select the New End Date" area to extend a non-employee's access for up to one year.
4. Press the Submit button when the form is completed.
