We had an update to our VPN server and it requires an update to the software on a users machine.  If you get any calls about Pulse not functioning the solution is below.

Please perform the following to upgrade the client components

  • Open Control Panel

  • Click Programs and Features

  • Remove any installed Pulse components

  • Visit vpn.fairfield.edu and sign in

    • If the user normally uses Pulse Secure have him or her click Start

    • If the user normally uses Terminal Sessions have him or her click on his or her terminal session



      Note: The Terminal Session and Pulse Secure components will prompt you to install the Pulse Application Launcher as well.
