We had an update to our VPN server and it requires an update to the software on a users machine. If you get any calls about Pulse not functioning the solution is below.
Please perform the following to upgrade the client components
Open Control Panel
Click Programs and Features
Remove any installed Pulse components
Visit vpn.fairfield.edu and sign in
If the user normally uses Pulse Secure have him or her click Start
If the user normally uses Terminal Sessions have him or her click on his or her terminal session
Note: The Terminal Session and Pulse Secure components will prompt you to install the Pulse Application Launcher as well.
