We had an update to our VPN server and it requires an update to the software on a users machine. If you get any calls about Pulse not functioning the solution is below.
Please perform the following to upgrade the client components
- Open Control Panel
- Click Programs and Features
- Remove any installed Pulse components
- Visit vpn.fairfield.edu and sign in
- If the user normally uses Pulse Secure have him or her click Start
- If the user normally uses Terminal Sessions have him or her click on his or her terminal session
Note: The Terminal Session and Pulse Secure components will prompt you to install the Pulse Application Launcher as well.
