To clear credentials do the following.

Click in the "type here to search" and enter Credential Manager

Select the Windows Credentials option. Locate the set of credentials that has either Outlook or Microsoft Office in the name and then expand the corresponding folder.


Then click Remove


Then Lock and Unlock the PC and log on with the new credentials
