Atlassian Confluence is the site commonly referred to as “The Wiki” and is used for hosting several information sites on campus including the ITS Knowledge Base, Registrar’s Office resources, Counseling & Psychological Services, and more. ITS will be upgrading the Wiki to enhance the performance, stability and security of the platform. All websites that start with wiki.fairfield.edu may be unavailable during the maintenance window.

User Impact:

All websites that start with wiki.fairfield.edu may be unavailable during the maintenance window.
After the upgrade, direct links to the all wiki pages will need to be updated. We encourage you to review and update your bookmarks, syllabi, and any where Wiki pages are referenced after the upgrade is complete.
Space editors should not make changes to their Wiki pages until the upgrade is complete.

Timeline:

July 28, 2023 - ITS will begin upgrading the Wiki

July 30, 2023 - Upgrade complete
