How to Accept a Ticket Transfer

1. Go to

2. If you have created an account, login with your email and password. If you have not created an account:

a. Select the CREATE ACCOUNT option.

b. Complete the form and select the red CREATE ACCOUNT button to create your account.

3. You will receive an email or text message depending on how the transfer was initiated notifying you that someone is trying to send you tickets.

4. Open the text message or email and click on the link.


6. You will then be prompted to LOG IN to your account. If you do not have an account, you must first create an account.

7. You should see the accepted tickets available in your account.

8. If you accept the tickets on a computer, you will need to login to your account on a mobile device to add their digital tickets to the digital wallet on their device.

9. Students can transfer all five tickets to one person who can present all five tickets for each guest upon entry rather than creating an account for each individual.
