How to Accept a Ticket Transfer

  1. You will receive an email from Fairfield University Box Office (no_reply@paclive.com)or text message depending on how the transfer was initiated notifying you that someone is trying to send you tickets.

  2. Open the text message or email and click on the Accept Transfer.

  3. You will be redirected to the ticket site, select Accept Transfer again.

  4. You will then be prompted to sign in to your account. See the instructions below on how to login if you already have an account, or how to create an account if you do not have one.

  5. After you login, you should see the accepted tickets available in your account.

  6. If you accept the tickets on a computer, you will need to login to your account on a mobile device to add their digital tickets to the digital wallet on their device.

  7. Students can transfer all five tickets to one person who can present all five tickets for each guest upon entry rather than creating an account for each individual.

If you have an account

  1. Enter your email on the first screen.

  2. On the next screen, you may choose to login with your password or a one time code.

  3. If you would like to login with your password, enter your password and then select the Sign In button.

  4. If you would like to login with a code, select the Sign In With a Code option. A code will then be sent to your email and come from “no-reply@fairfield.paclive.com”. Enter the code in the box and then select Verify.

     

If you do not have an account

  1. Select the Create Account option beneath the Continue button.

  2. Complete the form and select the Create Account button to create your account.
