Duo: Device Management Portal

Overview

The Duo device management portal allows you to manage the devices you have enrolled within Duo.

You can:

• Add new or additional devices

• Remove old devices

• Edit or update existing devices

Managing Your Duo Devices

1. On your computer, visit the Fairfield University Duo Device Management Portal
   https://ffuduo.login.duosecurity.com/devices
   
   

2. Login with your NetID and Password
   
   

   Open

   

   Note: If you’re prompted to update your browser you can either do that now or skip it and update it later.
   
   

3. You’ll see a verification code appear.
   Keep this window open on your computer screen.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. On your phone, enter the “Verification code” that appears on your computer screen and tap “Verify”.
   
   

   Open

   

   Note: If you see a prompt to update your phone’s operating system version, please update it at your earliest convenience.
   
   

5. You can now manage your devices
