  1. Access the Duo Device Management Portal

    1. Portal: https://ffuduo.login.duosecurity.com/devices

    2. Instructions: https://fairfield-university.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ITSKB/pages/654901251/Duo+Device+Management+Portal

  2. Locate the device to remove

  3. Click Edit

  4. Select Delete

  5. Click the Delete button

  6. You should receive an email confirmation that the device was removed from your Duo account.
