The DUO prompt does not show up for me on my iPad on Fairfield Single Sign On Pages.

Resolution

Allow duosecurity.com to the allowed websites within your Web Content restrictions.

1. Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions

3. Web Content
   
   

    

4. Add Website duosecurity.com
