Docfinity HR Process

Process for HR for I-9 Indexing

  1. Scan documents (cannon copier)

  2. Upload documents to Dofinity

a. Select upload

b. Choose Files  (windows explorer window will open)

c. Select files and hit Open

d. Select upload

e. Window should show Documents uploaded successfully and Check marks next to the documents.   You can then hit close

3.They are now listed under “My Uploads”. No one else will be able to see these.

  1. Check off all batches and Select New Batch

  1. Name the Batch and Select “DO_HR” (this is to allow others to see the batch). Select “Create Batch”

  1. Here you will see your available Batches which should be visible to any user with the HR_DO group.

  1. Double click the batch and then select Edit

  1. Select Split > choose “after every custom number of pages> Select Split

  1. Select the first page in the list and hold shift, click the last page. (All should be highlighted). Select SAVE

  1. Then anyone who has access can index and save each document. (DO not select commit batch)

  2. Once done with everything select Commit batch
