Workaround for Banner Workflow
Banner Workflow workaround for my.Fairfield 2.0 requires that you open Banner Forms (INB) prior to Banner Workflow.
If Banner Forms is not open prior to Banner Workflow, you will receive an "UDC Id not Available" error message when opening Workflow.
In order to use Banner Workflow, we have developed a workaround until ITS can deploy an improved option.
- Login to my.Fairfield.edu
- Open INB Banner Forms
- Minimize Banner Forms (so it stays open and active in your browser)
- Click on the tab for my.fairfield.edu
- Click on the task for Banner Workflow
